CASS has a modern refrigeration system combined with controlled atmosphere technology – CA that can adjust the temperature, humidity and concentration of gases (N2, O2, CO2, C2H4…) throughout the warehouse to reduce the respiration intensity of agricultural produce, kill harmful microorganisms, ensure good storage conditions while maintaining the flavor and quality of the products.
