Industrial Product Inventory
Unexpectedly, we find ourselves facing the second phase of the pandemic, even though we had hoped it was nearing its end. The economic downturn caused by the pandemic has exposed vulnerabilities in our supply chain and our over-reliance on the Chinese market.
For industrial products that are stockpiled due to the pandemic, they can still be sold after the pandemic ends. However, for agricultural products, long-term “stockpiling” means “losing everything.” When China halted imports, agricultural products needed immediate rescue, and prices plummeted rapidly (dragon fruit, for example, dropped from around 40,000 VND/kg to 4,000-6,000 VND/kg) due to fears of spoilage. In just over a month, we suffered losses amounting to billions of VND.
At times like these, everyone wishes we had the means to store agricultural products for long periods and in large quantities. If we had such storage, the story might have been different:
- Farmers would not be burdened with debts, selling their homes and land to pay off loans.
- Agricultural products, representing farmers’ hard work and dedication, wouldn’t be discarded at border gates.
- Traders and businesses wouldn’t be devastated by debt, pledging assets to maintain operations.
The challenges faced when agricultural products are not purchased or sold at drastically reduced prices bring untold hardships. However, opportunities often arise from challenges.
Understanding these difficulties, we have researched and made this “wish” a reality by successfully establishing Vietnam’s first “CA” Method Agricultural Product Preservation System during this challenging period. With long storage times, large storage capacity (up to 4,000 pallets), and very favorable service prices, this system will bring “super profits” to our customers.
With the ambition of using “Vietnamese Technology to Elevate Vietnamese Agricultural Products,” our system accepts the storage of fresh agricultural products under the criteria of clean preservation while eliminating harmful insects, extending the selling period, reducing losses, ensuring information security, consolidating numerous sources of goods and customers, increasing transaction potential, and providing convenient, quick, and safe delivery regardless of weather conditions. We are the “Best Solution” for agricultural products, turning the passive state of goods into an active one, bringing many benefits to farmers, traders, and all stakeholders.
